Copyright

Trademark
Trademarks are badges of the origin. They distinguish in the goods or the services of one of the trade from another and can take many forms for example it can be words, slogans, logos or shapes and coulours. Trademarks are registered for the specific goods or the services within the individual subjects known as classes.

Patent
A patent is an invention is granted by the government to the inventor giving the inventor of the right to stop the others for the limited period also making or using the invention to stop the others without their permission. When a patent is granted the invention becomes the property of the inventor, which then in any form of the property.

Registered desighns
Registered designs are for the eye appeal of the object. They are apllied for the Intelectual Property office. Briatian also has the design right providing automatic protection for 15 years form the date the creation even when registered design is not apllied for.

Ethical

Violence
It can be agreed on that engaging in a video game does have many ethical concerns. Though violence there are many games involving violent acts aswell also as the other content rating to the vilonce in video games.

Rating
Though the rating of the games it helps the parents of the young children to pick the right game for their kids. Though other people are concerned that this is the rating system that does not prevent people from acquiring the video games for their children.

Education
Though the education perspective of people their will be different things gaming can teach them because of some perspectives and also while others can be negative towards the eductation aswell.

Stereotyping
Though stereotyping the video game industry focuses towards men more then women therefore many people think it is stereotyping more against women than women.

Addition
Though addiction and the community participating in an immense amount of time in the video games play have caused people to be addicted to it. As a result they lose valuable time within their communities and miss opportunists from other activities that could be more beneficial for them.

Task 5 Contracts of Employment

Employment
The purpose of an employment contract is to set fourth the terms of the employment. What do the company expects from you to do for their company and also what the company will do for you in return. Employment contracts at the game companies are pretty much like employment contracts.

Development
Development Agreements often hire the game developers to create the games for them. A development agreement is a contract that does spell out the terms for the development deal.

Licence agreements
Licence agreements are when publishers want to make a game or a movie but cannot do it without the ip owner to execute the contract spelling out the terms of the licence.

NDA
Non disclosure agreements Disclosure agreements and confidentially agreements are the same thing. it is one party in order to do business with the other party it has the divulge and a secret of some kind with a plan to make a particular game.

Collaboration
Collaboration agreements are contracts that cover most of the frequent types of the contract in the mainstream game industry. But a lot of people are building indie games or the hobby that games and for the folks aswell.

Task 4 Industry and Market Trends

Market Trends
One of the most important things with the trends is within the games industry over the last decade is the dominace of strong brands. From the apps to large of the budget console games and also devlopers and publishers look to brands that have legs to underpin their buisness.

HA3 Task 3 Current Financial Issues

Gaming industry
There are a multiple of financial issues in the game industry that could occur within the games industry and also may prevent the completion of a project for example the business may not have though they have got the money to create the project but sometimes it turns out that they haven't and then which then results into them have to close it down. Another reason why it may be because the publishers have pulled out of the project.

That means that the funds also stop coming into the project from the publisher funding organisation. When the publishers have pulled out of the project they will require a fee because of the time the developers have wasted. Another thing they may happen is the gaming business may have gone bust.
